Vipul Ganatra is the founder of evenflow Experiences, a creative and corporate events agency based in Bengaluru, India. He started evenflow in 2008.

I run evenflow Experiences. Chief Trouble Maker, officially. Quite involved in the solutions, too.

We work across events, design, films, spaces and technology—helping businesses turn a brief into something people actually want to be part of.

My first questions are usually about the business. Who are we bringing together? What do they care about? What needs to happen because we did this?

The answers shape everything: the idea, the content, the production and where the money should go.

I enjoy the whole process. Finding the idea. Questioning the obvious. Working out how to build it. Getting into the details that make the experience feel effortless.

At evenflow, the expectation is fairly simple: understand the brief, bring something worthwhile to it, and deliver. Well. Quickly. With people who care about the outcome.

I’m curious about technology, particular about design and always interested in a better way of doing things. Occasionally this results in another gadget.

Here, I share things I notice while making things happen: events, creative work, running a business and the people behind it all.
